A pure property management business development role growing the rent roll across Fortitude Valley and the inner north.
The opportunity
Our client is an established real estate business with a long-standing presence in Fortitude Valley and the surrounding Brisbane market. The property management department is stable, well-resourced and led by people who understand that workload directly affects service.
This is a property management business development role only. Your focus is winning new managements through appraisals, referral relationships and consistent follow-up of enquiry — there is no residential sales component.
The team works on PropertyTree with current processes and templates already in place. It would suit a BDM, Leasing Manager or Property Manager with a genuine appetite for business development.
The role
- Winning new managements across the local market
- Conducting rental appraisals and landlord presentations
- Building referral relationships with sales agents, brokers and accountants
- Consistent follow-up of enquiry and lapsed leads
- Maintaining an accurate prospect database and activity records
- Local marketing, prospecting and investor-focused business development
- Working with the property management team through onboarding and handover
- Reporting on pipeline, conversion and fee performance
About you
- Business development, leasing or property management experience
- Comfortable prospecting and presenting to landlords
- Able to talk credibly about fees, service and legislation
- a QLD real estate registration certificate
- Self-directed with strong follow-up discipline
- Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
