An entry pathway into property management supporting two Property Managers in a busy Toowong department.
The opportunity
Our client is an established real estate business with a long-standing presence in Toowong and the surrounding Brisbane market. The property management department is stable, well-resourced and led by people who understand that workload directly affects service.
You would support two Property Managers across a combined portfolio, handling entry and exit paperwork, routine inspection scheduling, maintenance follow-up and tenant communication.
The team works on PropertyMe with current processes and templates already in place. It would suit someone early in their property management career, or a leasing or reception professional wanting a clear next step.
The role
- Supporting Property Managers across a shared portfolio
- Scheduling and attending routine inspections
- Preparing entry and exit condition reports
- First-line tenant and owner communication
- Maintenance job entry and trade follow-up
- Lease preparation, renewal paperwork and file compliance
- Assisting with arrears follow-up under supervision
About you
- Some exposure to property management, leasing or real estate administration
- a QLD real estate registration certificate (or willingness to obtain)
- Excellent attention to detail
- Reliable, coachable and genuinely interested in a property career
- Comfortable with inspections and being out of the office
- Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
