The opportunity
A leading independent agency in Brisbane's western suburbs is creating an associate role to support two senior Property Managers. You will handle entry and exit reports, routines, maintenance coordination and tenant communication.
This is the role people take when they want portfolio experience without being thrown a portfolio on day one. Most associates here move into their own portfolio inside 12 to 18 months.
The role
- Complete entry, routine and exit inspections
- Coordinate maintenance and follow up on trade attendance
- Prepare lease renewals and rent review paperwork
- Respond to tenant enquiries within agreed timeframes
About you
- QLD real estate certificate
- Some leasing, administration or property management exposure
- Strong written communication
- A reliable car and current licence
