A well-regarded agency in North Sydney is creating an associate role to support two senior Property Managers across 250 properties.
It is structured properly — a documented training plan, defined responsibilities and a realistic timeframe to your own portfolio.
The role
- Complete routine, ingoing and outgoing inspections
- Coordinate maintenance and trade attendance
- Prepare renewals and rent review documentation
- Handle tenant enquiries and general correspondence
About you
- NSW Certificate of Registration
- Some leasing, admin or property management exposure
- Well organised with strong follow up
- Confident on the phone
