The opportunity
Our client manages a large volume of apartment stock across Newstead, Teneriffe and Fortitude Valley and needs a dedicated Leasing Consultant to keep vacancy at its current low level.
You control the whole leasing process — enquiry, inspections, applications and sign up — while the Property Managers keep the ongoing management.
The role
- Run open homes and private inspections across the inner north
- Process applications and complete reference checks
- Prepare leases and entry condition reports
- Report weekly on vacancy and enquiry numbers
About you
- QLD real estate certificate
- Leasing or customer facing experience
- Available for Saturday inspections with a weekday off in lieu
- Confident presenting properties to groups
