The opportunity
An established property management business in Robina is creating an associate position to support two senior Property Managers across 280 properties.
You handle inspections, maintenance and tenant communication while learning the owner side of the role. The last two associates here moved into their own portfolios.
The role
- Complete routine, entry and exit inspections
- Coordinate maintenance and follow up trades
- Prepare renewal and rent review documentation
- Respond to tenant enquiries same day
About you
- QLD real estate certificate
- Some property management, leasing or admin experience
- Reliable car and current licence
- Organised and comfortable with a busy inbox
