Sole charge trust accounting for a mid-size rent roll, with flexible start times and one day from home.
The opportunity
An established property management business is looking for a Trust Account Administrator to take sole charge of a rent roll of around 900 properties. Daily receipting, mid-month and end of month disbursements, reconciliations and audit preparation all sit with you.
The department is well run and the previous administrator is available for a proper handover.
The role
- Daily receipting and bank reconciliation
- Mid-month and end of month owner disbursements
- Manage the trust account audit process
- Support Property Managers with owner statement queries
About you
- Trust accounting experience in real estate
- Working knowledge of QLD trust account requirements
- PropertyMe, Console or Rent Manager experience
- High attention to detail under month end pressure
