City fringe leasing role across terraces and apartments, with letting fees on top of base.
The opportunity
Our client leases a high volume of city fringe stock across Surry Hills, Redfern and Darlinghurst and wants a dedicated Leasing Consultant to own the process.
You will run inspections, applications and sign ups while the Property Managers focus on ongoing management.
The role
- Run inspections across the city fringe
- Process applications and reference checks
- Prepare leases and ingoing reports
- Report weekly on vacancy and enquiry
About you
- NSW Certificate of Registration
- Leasing or strong customer facing experience
- Available Saturdays with a weekday off in lieu
- Confident and well presented
