The opportunity
Our client manages a large volume of beachside apartments and needs a Leasing Consultant to own the leasing process from enquiry through to sign up.
Vacancy is already low and the marketing is strong, so the role is about conversion and tenant quality rather than chasing enquiry.
The role
- Conduct inspections across Broadbeach and Mermaid Beach
- Process applications and complete thorough reference checks
- Prepare leases and entry condition reports
- Report on vacancy, enquiry and days on market
About you
- QLD real estate certificate
- Leasing, hospitality or customer service background
- Available for Saturday inspections with a weekday off
- Presentable and confident with groups
