The opportunity
Our client is a well-regarded Northern Beaches agency managing premium residential stock, including a small number of prestige leases above $1,500 per week.
The portfolio sits at about 90 properties because owner expectations are high and the properties require a genuinely considered service level.
The role
- Manage a 90-property premium Northern Beaches portfolio
- Handle prestige leasing and tenant selection
- Own arrears, renewals and owner reporting
- Manage insurance claims and larger works
About you
- Five or more years in residential property management
- NSW Class 2 licence
- Prestige or premium portfolio experience
- Excellent presentation and written communication
