An established property management business in Parramatta is adding a Property Manager after a rent roll acquisition. The portfolio is around 150 properties across Parramatta, Harris Park and Westmead.
Systems here are strong — arrears and inspections run to a documented process, and a central admin team handles compliance and notices.
The role
- Manage a 150-property Western Sydney portfolio
- Follow documented arrears and inspection processes
- Negotiate renewals and rent increases
- Attend NCAT with admin preparing the paperwork
About you
- NSW Certificate of Registration or Class 2 licence
- Two or more years managing a portfolio
- Comfortable with volume and clear processes
- PropertyTree or Console experience
