The opportunity
A well-regarded real estate agency on the Lower North Shore is appointing a Senior Property Manager to take a premium 95-property portfolio and support two junior team members.
The portfolio is deliberately reduced to reflect the mentoring component. The department has low turnover and a manager who invests in training.
The role
- Manage a premium 95-property portfolio
- Mentor two junior Property Managers
- Handle escalated owner and tenant matters
- Prepare and attend NCAT hearings
About you
- Five or more years in property management
- NSW Class 2 licence
- Experience mentoring junior staff
- Strong knowledge of NSW tenancy legislation
