The opportunity
A leading independent agency in Brisbane's south is appointing a Department Manager to run a rent roll of about 1,400 properties across nine staff. This is a true leadership role with no portfolio attached.
You will own department performance — arrears, vacancy, retention, compliance and staff development — reporting directly to the directors.
The role
- Lead a team of nine across property management, leasing and administration
- Own arrears, vacancy and retention performance
- Recruit, train and develop the department
- Manage escalated owner relationships and rent roll growth alongside the BDM
About you
- QLD full real estate licence
- Proven leadership of a property management department
- Strong commercial understanding of rent roll performance
- Experience with rent roll acquisition or integration is highly regarded
