Executive Assistant to a high performing prestige sales agent in Brisbane's inner north.
The opportunity
Our client is a high performing agent working prestige stock across Hamilton, Ascot and Clayfield. The current EA is relocating interstate, so the role is available with a full handover.
You will run the business behind the agent — campaign management, database, buyer follow up and vendor reporting — with a junior assistant supporting you.
The role
- Manage listing to settlement campaign workflow
- Prepare vendor reports and coordinate marketing
- Own the database and buyer follow up
- Coordinate the agent's diary, appraisals and open homes
About you
- Real estate EA, sales support or campaign management experience
- QLD certificate of registration
- Excellent written communication and presentation
- Composed when priorities change at short notice
