Lead leasing across a CBD apartment portfolio with a leasing administrator supporting you.
The opportunity
Our client is an established real estate business with a long-standing presence in Sydney CBD and the surrounding Sydney market. The property management department is stable, well-resourced and led by people who understand that workload directly affects service.
You would lead leasing across the department, including oversight of a leasing administrator and input into how properties are presented and priced.
The team works on PropertyTree with current processes and templates already in place. It would suit a Leasing Manager wanting better systems around them.
The role
- Managing the leasing function across the department
- Marketing and presenting available properties
- Running open homes and private inspections
- Processing applications, referencing and owner recommendations
- Lease preparation, sign-up and ingoing processes
- Monitoring vacancy, days on market and application quality
- Liaising with Property Managers on renewals and vacates
About you
- Leasing or property management experience
- Strong customer service and application assessment skills
- Working knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act 2010 (NSW)
- a NSW Certificate of Registration or Class 1/2 licence
- Highly organised across a fast-moving diary
- Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
