The opportunity
Our client is an established real estate business with a long-standing presence in Palm Beach and the surrounding the Gold Coast market. The property management department is stable, well-resourced and led by people who understand that workload directly affects service.
The role sits alongside the Property Managers rather than under them, giving you clear ownership of vacancy, application quality and days on market.
The team works on Console Cloud with current processes and templates already in place. It would suit a leasing specialist who wants ownership rather than overflow work.
The role
- Managing the leasing function across the department
- Marketing and presenting available properties
- Running open homes and private inspections
- Processing applications, referencing and owner recommendations
- Lease preparation, sign-up and ingoing processes
- Monitoring vacancy, days on market and application quality
- Liaising with Property Managers on renewals and vacates
About you
- Leasing or property management experience
- Strong customer service and application assessment skills
- Working knowledge of the Residential Tenancies and Rooming Accommodation Act
- a QLD real estate registration certificate
- Highly organised across a fast-moving diary
- Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
