Inner-city portfolio of around 140 apartments for a well-regarded agency, with a leasing team handling all applications and entries.
The opportunity
Our client is a well-regarded agency managing predominantly new apartment stock across the CBD and inner ring. The portfolio sits at about 140 properties, tightly held in a handful of buildings, so your day is far less time on the road than a typical spread portfolio.
Leasing, applications and entry condition reports are handled by a dedicated leasing team, which leaves you focused on owner relationships, arrears, routines and renewals.
The role
- Manage a portfolio of approximately 140 inner-city apartments
- Own arrears, routine inspections, renewals and repairs end to end
- Handle QCAT matters with support from the department manager
- Keep owners updated with clear, proactive communication
About you
- Current QLD real estate certificate
- At least two years in property management
- Comfortable working across a high-density, high-communication portfolio
- PropertyMe or Console Cloud experience
