A leasing-focused role in North Lakes owning applications, inspections and vacancy performance.
The opportunity
Our client is an established real estate business with a long-standing presence in North Lakes and the surrounding Brisbane market. The property management department is stable, well-resourced and led by people who understand that workload directly affects service.
You would own the leasing function end to end — marketing new listings, running inspections, processing applications, referencing and signing up tenancies — with vacancy performance as your headline measure.
The team works on Console Cloud with current processes and templates already in place. It would suit a strong Leasing Consultant ready to own the function.
The role
- Managing the leasing function across the department
- Marketing and presenting available properties
- Running open homes and private inspections
- Processing applications, referencing and owner recommendations
- Lease preparation, sign-up and ingoing processes
- Monitoring vacancy, days on market and application quality
- Liaising with Property Managers on renewals and vacates
About you
- Leasing or property management experience
- Strong customer service and application assessment skills
- Working knowledge of the Residential Tenancies and Rooming Accommodation Act
- a QLD real estate registration certificate
- Highly organised across a fast-moving diary
- Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
