The opportunity
Our client is an established real estate business with a long-standing presence in Coolangatta and the surrounding the Gold Coast market. The property management department is stable, well-resourced and led by people who understand that workload directly affects service.
This is a genuinely senior seat: complex owners, occasional tribunal matters, and real input into how the department runs rather than simply working through a list.
The team works on PropertyTree with current processes and templates already in place. It would suit a senior operator who wants autonomy and to be treated as such.
The role
- Managing a premium residential portfolio with higher-value owners
- Acting as escalation point for complex owner and tenant matters
- Mentoring and reviewing the work of junior Property Managers
- Tribunal preparation and attendance where required
- Arrears oversight and breach escalation
- Rent reviews, renewals and tenant retention
- Maintenance coordination on larger works and insurance claims
- Contributing to process improvement across the department
About you
- Several years of residential property management experience
- Experience with complex owners and escalated matters
- Confident knowledge of the Residential Tenancies and Rooming Accommodation Act
- a QLD real estate registration certificate
- Tribunal experience is well regarded
- Willingness to mentor less experienced team members
