The opportunity
Our client is a well-regarded Gold Coast agency looking for a Trust Account Administrator four days a week to manage receipting, disbursements and reconciliations for a 600-property rent roll.
The role is genuinely part time — month end is planned around your days rather than dumped on them.
The role
- Daily receipting and reconciliations
- Owner disbursements twice monthly
- Prepare for the annual trust audit
- Resolve owner statement queries with Property Managers
About you
- Real estate trust accounting experience
- Knowledge of QLD trust requirements
- PropertyMe or Console experience
- Accurate and deadline driven
