The opportunity
A well-regarded real estate agency in the southern Gold Coast corridor is looking for a Senior Property Manager to take a mature 100-property portfolio with very low arrears and long term tenants.
The department is systems driven and runs a genuine hybrid week, with two days from home once you know the portfolio.
The role
- Manage a mature 100-property portfolio
- Handle complex owner and compliance matters
- Support the department manager with process improvement
- Mentor the leasing team on application quality
About you
- Four or more years in property management
- QLD certificate or full licence
- Confident handling difficult conversations independently
- Console Cloud or PropertyTree experience
