Our client is a well-regarded agency in the inner north where the sales administrator supports three agents through listing, campaign and settlement.
It is a process driven role with real ownership — the agents rely on you to keep every campaign on track and every file compliant.
The role
- Prepare listing documentation and marketing schedules
- Coordinate photography, copy, signboards and portal uploads
- Manage contract to settlement paperwork
- Maintain the CRM and buyer database
About you
- Sales administration or campaign coordination experience
- QLD certificate of registration or willingness to obtain it
- Confident with CRMs and marketing portals
- Accurate with contracts and deadlines
