The opportunity
Our client is an established property management business in Southport with a rent roll of around 700. The portfolio on offer is roughly 130 properties, mostly units and townhouses between Southport and Labrador.
An Assistant Property Manager covers routine inspections and entry reports, so your week is weighted towards owners, arrears and renewals rather than driving.
The role
- Manage a 130-property central Gold Coast portfolio
- Own arrears, renewals and rent reviews
- Approve and coordinate maintenance within owner limits
- Attend QCAT with support when needed
About you
- QLD real estate certificate
- Two or more years managing a portfolio
- Sound knowledge of the RTRA Act
- PropertyMe experience preferred
