City portfolio of 120 apartments across a handful of buildings, with leasing and admin support.
The opportunity
Our client manages predominantly new apartment stock across the CBD and Pyrmont. The portfolio is about 120 properties concentrated in a small number of buildings, so travel time is minimal.
Leasing and administration are handled separately, which keeps the role focused on owner retention, arrears and renewals.
The role
- Manage a 120-property CBD apartment portfolio
- Own arrears, renewals and rent reviews
- Coordinate repairs with building managers and strata
- Attend NCAT with support from the team leader
About you
- NSW Certificate of Registration or Class 2 licence
- Two or more years managing a portfolio
- Strata and high-density experience is an advantage
- PropertyMe or PropertyTree experience
