The opportunity
A leading independent agency in the Eastern Suburbs is replacing a Property Manager who has moved into a BDM role. The portfolio is about 110 properties across Coogee, Clovelly and Kingsford.
The department has an assistant covering routines and a leasing consultant covering vacancies, so the portfolio is manageable within normal hours.
The role
- Manage a 110-property Eastern Suburbs portfolio
- Handle arrears, renewals and rent reviews
- Coordinate repairs and maintenance approvals
- Represent owners at NCAT when required
About you
- NSW Certificate of Registration or Class 2 licence
- Two or more years in residential property management
- Sound knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act
- Confident with owner communication
