The opportunity
Our client is an established property management business in the Inner West with a mixed portfolio of terraces, apartments and a small number of small commercial tenancies.
The role suits an experienced Property Manager who wants to run their portfolio properly with minimal oversight. Owners here are long term and expect a considered approach.
The role
- Manage a 130-property mixed Inner West portfolio
- Manage arrears, renewals and rent reviews independently
- Handle repairs, insurance claims and compliance
- Prepare and attend NCAT matters
About you
- Four or more years in residential property management
- NSW Class 2 licence or working towards it
- Comfortable with mixed residential and small commercial stock
- Strong negotiation and written communication
