North Brisbane portfolio of 120 houses and townhouses with two work from home days and no weekend work.
The opportunity
An established property management business on the northside is adding a fourth Property Manager after taking on two rent roll acquisitions. The portfolio is around 120 properties, mostly houses and townhouses within a tight 15 minute radius.
The department runs a genuine hybrid week — two days from home once you are settled — and Saturdays are covered by the leasing team.
The role
- Manage a compact 120-property northside portfolio
- Run routine inspections on a scheduled six month cycle
- Negotiate renewals and rent reviews with owners
- Coordinate maintenance through an established trade panel
About you
- QLD real estate certificate
- Two or more years managing your own portfolio
- Confident with owner conversations around rent and repairs
- Console Cloud or PropertyTree experience is an advantage
