The opportunity
Our client is an independent agency in the inner south with a rent roll of just under 500. This senior role carries a reduced portfolio of about 110 properties because you also mentor two junior Property Managers.
The principal is stepping back from the department over the next 18 months, so there is a real leadership pathway here rather than a vague promise.
The role
- Manage a premium 110-property inner south portfolio
- Mentor two junior Property Managers day to day
- Handle escalated owner and tenant matters
- Represent the agency at QCAT when required
About you
- Four or more years in property management
- QLD full licence or working towards it
- Experience mentoring or training junior staff
- Strong working knowledge of the RTRA Act
