The opportunity
Our client is an established real estate business with a long-standing presence in Surfers Paradise and the surrounding the Gold Coast market. The property management department is stable, well-resourced and led by people who understand that workload directly affects service.
The position is structured as a genuine training role — you learn the portfolio from the administration and leasing side first, with a defined path to your own portfolio.
The team works on PropertyMe with current processes and templates already in place. It would suit someone who wants to be taught property management properly rather than thrown a portfolio.
The role
- Supporting Property Managers across a shared portfolio
- Scheduling and attending routine inspections
- Preparing entry and exit condition reports
- First-line tenant and owner communication
- Maintenance job entry and trade follow-up
- Lease preparation, renewal paperwork and file compliance
- Assisting with arrears follow-up under supervision
About you
- Some exposure to property management, leasing or real estate administration
- a QLD real estate registration certificate (or willingness to obtain)
- Excellent attention to detail
- Reliable, coachable and genuinely interested in a property career
- Comfortable with inspections and being out of the office
- Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
